Rachel Brigg has worked for Language Training Institute for over 10 years as an English as a second language teacher and as a trainer/assessor in teaching English to speakers of other languages.

As a Vocational Education and Training (VET) specialist, she is engaged with the role of managing other trainers, developing accredited courses and assessment, managing and liasing, with external agents and other registered training organisations.

​​

She oversees the international operations for LTi and support for other TESOL training organisations using LTi courses.  Rachel has travelled across the globe teaching English and delivering teacher training courses.

Her core area of expertise is in call and contact centres where she works with leaders and teams to help take their customer engagement to the next level.
